Create Segments based on Accounts to view the number and list of accounts that meet your rule set.

With Account-based segments, you can 

  • view key activity and engagement metrics
  • compare the engagement scores of your different Account segments
  • dig into the detail of any Account segment and see the Accounts that meet your criteria. 

Creating Account segments

Simply click on the Custom Segments + button.

From there, you can create Account segments based on events, traits, active status, # of users or engagement scores (or any combination).
