Want to quickly segment your users or accounts based on any of the key traits you are sending to Sherlock? Want to break down your accounts based on plan type, or your most engaged user segment based on user role?

This is where our segment Segmentation functionality comes in:

From the User or Account overview tabs, you can click on the SEGMENTATION tab, where you can select any of your traits to see a break down of your users/accounts based on that trait.

When you select a specific segment on the right side of the User/Account overview pages, you will view the segmentation for that specific segment. 

When viewing this segmentation, you can choose to view segmentation for all the active users/accounts in a segment or all users/accounts (regardless of whether or not they have been active) by toggling here:
