Frequency is a measure of HOW OFTEN a user or an account is using your product.
We measure Frequency over the timeframe set in your scoring profile:
For users, Frequency is a measure of how many days over your scoring period that user was active (triggered any of your scored events). For example, a Frequency of 3 means that a user was active 3 out of the last X days (based on your scoring profile setting).
For accounts, Frequency is a measure of how many days over your scoring period that ANY user on the account was active (triggered any of your scored events). For example, a Frequency of 5 for an account means that any one of the users on that account was active 5 out of the last X days (based on your scoring profile setting).
Frequency over time
On each user and account detail page, you will find an over-time chart for Frequency.
This shows you if a user/account's Frequency is increasing or decreasing over-time. Every data point on the chart measures the Frequency for the previous X days (based on your scoring profile setting).
