With Sherlock's Intercom Action, you can automatically create Tags on your user or company records in Intercom based on engagement triggers created in Sherlock.


Tagging records in Intercom when specific Sherlock triggers are hit is a great way to segment and automate messaging in Intercom based on Sherlock data. To create an Intercom Action, simply:

  1. Add a new Action from the Action index page:

3. Select Intercom

4. Select an existing or create a new Tag

You have the option of selecting a Tag that already exists in Intercom or creating a brand new one. If you create a new Tag in Sherlock it will populate in Intercom when the trigger is met for the first time.

5. Confirm Tag looks like you want it to and then click Set Live
