We do not use events/activity from today in the score. We calculate the scores based on events up to midnight in your timezone.
In case you're interested, the reason is that calculating partial day scores is problematic - especially when trying to calculate trending. All the scores would be down at the beginning of the day and slowly grow over the course of the day. You would only get to a valid comparable place at the end of the day.
If you really want to see the daily activity -
You can navigate to the specific User or Account page and look at the Activity Breakdown for Today.
You can also navigate to the User or Account overview tabs and view the Segment Adoption section for today. You'll want to create a custom segment for daily new accounts/users so you can view their adoption as a group.
